Payel holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from MIBM Global and is a certified participant of the Women Exporters Program (WEP) by India SME Forum. Her vision for sustainability is backed by a deep understanding of global markets and grassroots execution.

Prior to KMN, Payel built a strong foundation in business development and customer engagement through her corporate career spanning over 20 years across India and the UAE.
Internationally, she worked with reputed banks in the UAE, including the National Bank of Dubai and the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, excelling in SME banking and credit sales.
